Dr. Naila Debbache MD

Medical Director ,

Dr. Naila Debbache brings a wealth of medical expertise and a fresh, client-focused perspective to Le Skin Studio. A graduate of McGill University, she completed her family medicine residency in Newfoundland before returning to Montreal, where she built a diverse career in family medicine, clinical research, and medical cannabis.

In 2022, her passion for wellness and confidence led her to the field of medical esthetics—where science meets artistry. As Medical Director, Dr. Debbache is dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while helping clients look and feel their best. Her arrival marks an exciting new chapter of innovation and elevated service at the clinic.

Alexandra Poirier RN, BSN

Alex Poirier, RN, BSN, is our vibrant and empathic Registered Nurse who has devoted her career to women’s reproductive and sexual health and wellness.

Graduating in 2012 from John Abbott College located in the Montreal surrounding area, Alex began her journey on a labour and delivery unit, and soon found herself seeking more advanced training at BCIT in the Vancouver area, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing specialized with a Perinatal Health Nursing Advanced Certificate, and Certified Practice in STI and contraceptive management. As well as, furthered her training as a holistic practitioner and became a certified Doula from Alternative Naissance, Montreal, Quebec. She has dedicated her career to helping minority communities all over Canada including Quebec, British Columbia and the Yukon.

More recently, Alex has dived head first into skin health and wellness. She continues to advance her career by seeking more knowledge and skills in order to offer a holistic scope and approach to skin health, skin care treatments, products, and surgeries that are available so that she can better educate her patients. Alex is certified by ‘the Botox course - the gold standard for training in North America’, as a Nurse Injector, in both fillers and neuromodulators (botox).

Alex is excited to offer an alternative and holistic way of looking at one’s approach in skin health and wellness. From inside and out!
